• How do I submit a return / exchange

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Send your return using a trackable package carrier. NOTE: we suggest using USPS shipping method since we will only reimburse eligible return shipping (for non-preferential returns after inspection) using the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) rate schedule.
  • Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference.
  • Include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.
  • You may use the original shipment packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional shipping label(s) that may be on your return package.

EXCHANGES

If you ordered an item and would like exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return/exchange period, please return it as specified above with a note indicating what you would like in exchange. We will be happy to ship the desired items. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items, if the cost is greater than the items you have returned, and we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the price difference.

Items exchanged will be considered preferential returns and held to the same preferential return policy as stated above.

• How long should it take to receive my purchase?

It depends on what shipping method you choose:

-Ground Shipping – 7-10 Days
-Standard Shipping 5-7 Days

-Expedited Shipping Rates (2nd Day / Overnight) – REAL TIME

Shipping rates will be calculated in real-time USPS (United States Postal Service) rates. We offer free 5-7 business day shipping on US orders over $100.

You will be contacted by email with a USPS tracking number when your order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center.

Once your tracking number has been sent, your order is no longer eligible for modification.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

A customer signature is required for all shipments over $250. Additionally, all Express Mail deliveries require a signature.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 2 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the US, as well as various locations in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia. You may view the available “Ship To” addresses in the Shipping Address step of checkout.

Free shipping is not valid on international shipments.

Any and all fees or costs levied by any foreign government, without limitation, are the responsibility of the end customer. Terrence Michael is not responsible for customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees or any other fees associated with your order.

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days. Online purchases are not returnable in our Santa Monica store, nor are in-store purchases returnable online. Additionally we do not accept returns for other retail outlets. If you have a return purchased from a retailer, please return the items to the store or retailer you purchased the items from.

To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to the original form of payment:

  1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The merchandise must be unworn, all tags must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear.

PREFERENCE RETURNS

 are returns that are made for any reason other than defective merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you.

Be aware that preference returns will incur a return restocking charge of 10% of the returned item(s) purchase price.

At this time we do not offer free returns and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for preferential returns.

We will be responsible for product defects or if an incorrect product was shipped to you, and your return shipping cost will be reimbursed (see below for return procedure details). Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition so that they can be resold. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in used or unacceptable condition will be refused and returned. Unacceptable returns include, but are not limited to, worn or used product. Any indication of wear or usage (i.e., marks, soiling of any kind), will be refused and returned. No exceptions will be made.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.

Terrence Michael reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.

It will take up to 2 Billing Cycles to process and apply the refund.
